Ethical guidelines for the publication
The SIPLR has the ambition to be a publication platform for research from different disciplines in the field of intellectual property rights. We acknowledge thus that different disciplines might have different norms of who is listed as an author.
Open access policy of the SIPLR
The SIPLR is one of the few journals that was created with the actual objective of being Open Access. For us, Open Access was not a model that we applied because we had to, because that is the general trend, or a policy decision of a third party.
About us
The Stockholm IP Law Review is the first Open Access IP Law Review in Europe. We are furthermore the only IP journal with an active post-graduate student involvement.
