The Stockholm Intellectual Property Law Review (SIPLR) is proud and delighted to invite you to attend an afternoon of discussion on the topic of ‘IP in the Digital Environment’ at Stockholm University – Aula Magna.
The keynote address, entitled ‘Website-Blocking Injunctions and Streaming Server-Blocking Injunctions: The State of the Art’, will be delivered by Sir Richard Arnold, Lord Justice of Appeal at the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
Other speakers are (in alphabetical order): Karin Cederlund (Sandart & Partners), Stefan Johansson (Patent and Market Court of Appeal), and Eleonora Rosati (Stockholm University).
This event will provide an excellent forum to analyse the latest developments and case law in the field of online IP enforcement, including with regard to injunctions against online intermediaries and the direct liability of such intermediaries, as well as in light of recent legislative developments (eg, EU Copyright Directive 2019/790) .
